      Water! It’s so weird, so complex, it’s everywhere, and so important. Without this ‘universal solvent’ it’s difficult to see how we could have life.

      I’d pick deoxyribonucleic acid – or DNA for short – it makes us who we are, kind of like a recipe. The structure of it is pretty amazing too and it’s some of the interesting properties of the structure that has allowed us to do some really funky experiments with it. There’s loads of it packed up into a small space in nearly all the cells of your body allowing it to function and making you the individual you are!

      Water was another of my options too! 🙂

      Penguinone – its called this because the structure looks like a penguin!

      Ethanol is a good one- for its antiseptic properties of course… 🙂
