Valuable by means of money or survival or in my opinion?

I would say carbon is the most valuable because it is what we are made from as well as diamonds and graphite. This is also my favorite element because it is what I’m are made from!

I had a quick google and apparently the most expensive element is californium. We know this because The Atomic Energy Commission sold some several years ago for $350 BILLION per pound.

Obviously for survival oxygen is the most valuable because without this we could not respire and would dye.
