      Hey Aneesasharif

      An ovarian cyst is a collection of fluid (blood, tissue fluid), surrounded by a very thin wall, that is in or on the ovary. It can be as small as a pea, or larger than an orange. Most of the time they are harmless and people don’t know they even have them. They are also really common – about 15% of women have one at some point in their lives.
