• Question: Do you think that a daily intake of aspirin can really reduce the risk of cancer?

      Well there is good evidence to support this but there is sooooooooo much information on cancer and what can cause it/prevent it. If you followed it all you probably couldn’t eat anything. Its such a complex disease and different in everyone so the research is just a guide.

      Yeah as Vikcy says, best thing to do is probably do most things in moderation, like, its ok to have sausages and bacon, but not every meal 🙂

      With the aspirin, it looks like there’s a (small) positive effect, but aspirin can cause serious problems like stomach ulcers, so it is unclear if there is an overall benefit.
