Question: do you belive that PGD and IVF are ethically correct

I have no problems with IVF, PGD can be a different story. I think if it’s for the detection of important life changing, altering, or debilatating diseases, then yes, it’s a good thing. If or when that carries onto including non life-threatening diseases, risk assessment for disease (say, a 10% increased risk of cancer throughout life), or choosing physical traits, then I am less enthusiastic about this application. Think of the movie GATTACA (rent it out if you haven’t seen it, good movie).
