Health wise I think pizza would have to win hands down right? Think of all the vegetables you can put on it/ you also get the bread, grain issue sorted too. Although you would want to be eating good healthy pizza. Also, and as a joke that is actually serious- america thinks that tomato sauce is classed as a vegetable-
I think I could survive on veggie Pizzas quite happily. Protein in the cheese, fat soluble vitamins. I could mix up the dough a little with some wholemeal or spelt, or put some oats in. Get a few sunflower seeds on the top (go nicely with tomato) for some micro-nutrients and minerals. Let alone all the different topping options! Probably plenty of vitamins in them too, as you cook Pizzas so quickly, the veggies are usually still really crunchy.
Pancakes are great, but I think the sugar would get to me if I ate them all the time 🙂
